Quick Shipping!

We aim to ship your order if placed by 2.00pm the same day.*

Simple Options and Pricing

We currently have the following shipping options

£2.85 for First Class Royal Mail up to 2.5 KG

£4.95 for Next Day courier delivery  (not including frozen foods)

£10.95 Frozen Food orders Under £20.00

£19.95 for Saturday Courier delivery (this only covers certain areas)

£12.95 for Next morning Delivery by 12.00

We use a selection of different services to get your order to you as soon as possible, including

When you receive your order update if it has a tracking number you can use the links above to trace your item. Check what your number looks like then use the links above.

Please Note:

Delivery times shown in order confirmation e-mails are estimates with Royal Mail. We ship orders using a 24 hour service with Royal Mail however they can take longer to deliver your items. If you require next day delivery please choose one of the Next Day options.

Delivery Zones

All delivery prices are valid to the UK Mainland only and exclude the following postcode groups: AB 37-38 AB 41-45 AB 51-56 IV, HS, KA27/28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, GY, JE, TR21-25

Although we may be able to send some smaller weight orders by Royal Mail to these areas we cannot guarantee live insects or delivery times. Courier may be available although a surcharge will usually apply. It is always best to contact us for options if you wish to order from within these postcode groups.

Livefood Deliveries

All Live food delivery's will be shipped by 1st Class Royal Mail or next day courier to ensure your live foods get to you as quick as possible, all orders placed before 2.00pm should leave the same day.

Frozen Food Deliveries.

MINIMUM £20.00 order value before shipping costs. 

Frozen foods require packaging with dry ice and poly boxes, due to these additional costs any order that includes frozen food need to be a minimum of £20.00 before any shipping costs.

If your order is not above £20.00 and contains frozen foods the shipping costs will be £10.95.

Orders not using the correct shipping method will be refunded in full.

It also needs to get to you as soon as possible we request that you select next day or next morning deliveries.

* This does not include bulk Frozen orders or special order items.

NON UK Orders

All Orders for delivery outside UK will need to contact us for a shipping quote. As each item is different and could require different shipping methods we have to quote based on each individual order.

Some items cannot be shipped outside the UK due to regulations. Also items that are time sensitive like live foods and Frozen Foods might not be able to be shipped to your country.

If you wish to have an order delivered outside mainland UK please contact us with the items you want to order and we can arrange a shipping quote for you.
